As a small business owner, I’ve always been curious about reaching out to other business leaders in my community. Sometimes you just need the right amount of push and genuine support to not only satisfy your professional development, but personal journey as well. After attending a mastermind class at Catalyst, I felt that it was the right mastermind group for me, so I became a member.

I attribute my Catalyst membership as the reason I kept going during the most difficult professional year of my life. Not only is dealing with the everyday uncertainties as a small business owner tough enough, but having to deal with the added layer of COVID-19 brought on new challenges itself. It’s helped me feel like I have a community I can turn to, even though some of the meetings were via Zoom some days. I’ve been able to share and get help with my struggles from other business owners who also are pivoting daily.

Catalyst’s Community Leaders have the perfect mix of compassion plus accountability, and I look forward to our sessions every single month! I definitely feel that being an entrepreneur can be lonely at times, but having a group of people who understand you, who have been where you are, and who can help you see your way through is one of the most important things you can give yourself.

Someone who is ready to do the work and believes there is room for everyone at the top, so we can all help each other get there! Having a diverse group of business owners from different industries and sizes really helps provide fresh perspectives, work styles, and mindsets to solve any challenges or questions I have in my journey as an entrepreneur. It has really helped me bring a balance and paint me a whole picture of what my business can be.

Plus, my individualized coaching has allowed me to hone in on my monthly goals and really get down to the nitty gritty details of my personal needs and goals, as well as help solve challenges other members in my mastermind group may be facing.
